searching for members

Unfortunately while trying to find fellow shipmates I served with I can only remember last names,so I wind up seaching through all the membership.
Wouldn't be a better idea to have the quick search organized alphabetically by last names? Just a thought

Yes I have been working on that. It is kicking by butt though. The problem is that the software is designed to sort by the user name and since we have had everyone sign up with thier first and last name we are kind of stuck with how it sorts. I also am trying to get it sort by year on board and having no luck.
